Payments and Methods
Car Collision - As long as you or the person driving had auto insurance at the time of the collision your own auto insurance company should pay all the bills. If you or the driver you were with didn’t have auto insurance, it is still possible that your treatments could be covered. Don’t hesitate to call us to see if you will be covered. 503-235-7130 Work Injury - Your worker’s compensation insurance through your employer will pay for treatments if you are not enrolled in an MCO (managed care organization). Call us to find out if you bills will be covered! 503-235-7130 Health Insurance - We do bill health insurances. We belong to many plans and some plans pay even if you are not in the network. All plans are different so call and have us do the leg work to find out if you are covered. 503-235-7130 Medicare - We do not accept Medicare. But will give you the paperwork to file for reimbursement. Cash Patient - If there is no insurance coverage, we do accept cash paying patients. Pricing is dependent upon the issue, but the first office visit is usually $75 including history, exam and first treatment. Each treatment thereafter is usually $35.
