Don’t panic – this blog post isn’t a “birds and the bees” lecture for your teenager! It’s a reminder that a healthy spine and body help ensure that you and your special someone can enjoy a healthy sex life together.  Back and/or joint problems can make sexual encounters, or at least certain positions, painful or even impossible.  No one wants that! So, be sure to stretch, exercise, and regularly get adjusted so your spine stays healthy. Your significant other will be sure to thank you (wink, wink)!
