For us skiers/boarders, it’s time to keep an eye on the snowfall.  The mountains are frosted and it’s only a matter of days before we can hit the slopes.  Remember to warm-up your muscles before your first run and to stretch, stretch, stretch at the end of the day.  When needed, getting adjusted before and/or after your time on the hill to prevent injury and keep you going strong all winter long.  We’ll see you soon at the office and on the hill!  503-235-7130
