Being active has benefits for everyone.  Some obvious and not-so-obvious effects of exercise include:

  • Reduce or delay disability
  • Improved mood

Please don’t be discouraged by thinking that exercise is too difficult for you.  Not everyone can run a marathon.  That’s OK!  Exercise can be walking, biking, playing golf, playing pickleball, or really anything that gets you moving!  The options are limitless.  So, do whatever you enjoy and reap the benefits of an active lifestyle.
