Phones, Ipads, and devices of all kinds are a part of our life and more than likely not going away any time soon.  Most people now know the dangers to their neck if they look down at their device for too long.

Another part of the body that is often affected by excessive device use is the wrist.  Typically, the hand holding the device is in an awkward position for extended periods of time.  This puts excessive stress and strain on the joints and ligaments of the wrist.  This can lead to sprains, tendinitis, and eventually, arthritis.

The best thing to do is to put down your device.  Take breaks from scrolling.  Your wrists will thank you.  You’re welcome 🙂
