If you’re reading this on your phone I bet your head is leaning forward, right?

If you reactively straightened up and lifted your head after reading this, great job!  Looking down at our phone is one of the major causes of neck pain and tightness that will lead to more serious musculoskeletal issues if not dealt with properly. Standing and sitting up as straight as possible with your head over your spine (not in front of it) will prevent many problems as you get older.

Phones aren’t going away so we all need to correct our posture while using them or else…
