The two main components of the spine are the vertebrae and the intervertebral discs.  When the vertebrae and discs work in concert harmoniously, the body and spine move normally.  When they do not, problems arise.
This is a great time to remind all of us that just because things are moving well and feeling good doesn’t mean we can take a break from taking care of ourselves.  This is actually the BEST time to take care of ourselves!  Maintaining a healthy state and preventing problems is MUCH easier than fixing a problem once it arises.  This is especially true for disc problems in the spine.
