Please remember to sit up straight when using a computer.  Slouching is a sure way to cause back pain, neck pain, and headaches.  If possible, use a standing desk and take frequent breaks.  If needed, set an alarm for 30-minute increments to remind you to take breaks.  Simple things like this can make a HUGE difference in the way you feel!
