Tomorrow is Groundhog Day; will Punxsutawney Phil see his shadow??

Either way, our cool weather will likely stick around for a while.  So, get up on the mountain, go snowshoeing, or do any other wintertime activity you choose.  Just keep moving because it is MUCH easier to keep our body moving than to try to get it moving once the muscles and/or joints get stiff.  Move it or lose it!
