As the temperature continues to drop it becomes more and more of a necessity to properly warm-up prior to physical activity outdoors. The cooler it is the more your muscles are susceptible to strains. Be sure to do 5-10 minutes of light calisthenics/exercises before stretching or performing your activity. Jumping Jacks, a light jog and jumping rope all are excellent activities to “get the blood pumping.” Stay Warm!
